The HR Executive manages the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection, and collaborates with department heads to meet staffing needs effectively. This role oversees work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and serves as the primary contact for all work pass-related matters. Proficient in Info-Tech software, the HR Executive manages key HR functions such as attendance, leave, and claims, providing system support to staff as needed. This role also oversees onboarding and offboarding processes, provides orientations for new hires, and prepares company communications in both English and Chinese. Responsibilities and Duties
* Oversee the complete recruitment process, from posting jobs and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and coordinating with hiring managers. * Collaborate with department heads to assess staffing needs and facilitate timely, effective hiring. * Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. * Act as the main contact for all work pass matters, ensuring accurate and prompt processing. * Utilize Info-Tech software to handle HR tasks, including e-attendance tracking, leave applications, and claims processing. * Provide support to staff using Info-Tech systems, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with relevant teams as necessary. * Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including document preparation, facility tours, and exit procedures. * Conduct orientation tours for new hires, introducing them to the company culture, facilities, and key team members. * Prepare and distribute internal communications and company memos in both English and Chinese to promote effective communication across the organization. * Assist with general office administration as needed. * Organize company events and celebrations, coordinating logistics to foster team engagement and a positive work environment.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. * 1-3 years of HR experience, including recruitment (experience in the automotive or similar industry is preferred). * Proficient in Info-Tech software and MS Office. * Bilingual in English and Chinese, with strong written communication skills in both languages. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction with staff at all levels.
