Description
The Senior Guest Services Executive is responsible for assisting guests with check-in and check-out processes, addressing inquiries, feedback, and complaints, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction by delivering high-quality service. This role involves supervising and assisting junior team members in daily operations and providing support to Duty Managers in their absence. The Supervisor is focused on creating memorable guest experiences, contributing to the achievement of departmental goals, and driving revenue through effective sales and room management. The position requires a strong commitment to delivering excellent service while managing operational procedures and motivating the team to maintain high service standards.
Responsibilities and Duties
Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, addressing inquiries, feedback, and complaints. Ensure guest satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and creating memorable experiences. Supervise and support junior team members in daily operational tasks. Help Duty Managers resolve issues in their absence. Lead and motivate front-office teams to maintain service excellence. Contribute to guest satisfaction by adhering to service standards and operational procedures. Assist the department in meeting its operational goals and targets. Drive revenue growth through effective sales and room revenue management (Revenue Management).
Qualifications and Requirements
* Proficiency in the Opera system is highly desirable. * Possession of a Diploma, preferably in Hospitality Management, or related fields. * At least 3 years of experience in hotel front office operations preferred; however, candidates without prior experience will also be considered as on-the-job training will be provided. * Strong command of the English language, both spoken and written. * Ability to work independently, manage tasks efficiently, and remain composed under pressure. * Flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays as required.
