### Job Description We are seeking a dedicated professional to join the Business Technology Department in the Finance Division. The successful candidate will collaborate with finance business users, IT teams, and vendors to implement digital finance initiatives and provide operational support for finance systems. This role requires a strong ability to drive system improvements, manage projects, and support business operations effectively.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Partner with IT teams and finance business users to leverage system capabilities and deliver enhancements that drive business value. - Collaborate with functional units to identify, document, and address business needs, operational procedures, and user requirements. - Facilitate business process reviews and create use cases with business users. - Oversee the end-to-end delivery of new projects and application enhancements, including: - Coordinating with stakeholders for smooth project execution and meeting business KPIs. - Leading requirements gathering and technical solution discussions with users and IT teams. - Evaluating the feasibility and sustainability of proposed solutions. - Conducting comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensuring all scenarios are tested thoroughly. - Identifying and addressing project and business risks with stakeholders. - Leading change management efforts through consistent communication and coordination. - Managing change requests and performing post-implementation reviews. - Assist users with system usage, authorization, and administration tasks. - Manage and resolve reported incidents in accordance with Service Level Agreement (SLA) terms. - Ensure timely completion of periodic system jobs. - Work with business units to identify areas for improvement in processes and system functionalities. - Support IT application audits by providing necessary assistance.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Business IT, or a related discipline. - At least 2 years of experience in a finance or similar role (preferred). Fresh graduates with strong learning potential and the right attitude will be considered. - Familiarity with Agile methodology is advantageous. - Knowledge of SAP FICO, SharePoint, and Tableau is a plus. - Proactive and results-driven, with strong numerical, analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with technical teams and business users. - Proven project management abilities. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively. - Detail-oriented with a meticulous approach to tasks.
