Guest Relations Executive (Operations Based)

Responsibilities and Duties

- welcome guests at the restaurant entrance with great energy and mannerism following company SOP. - able to slot in reservations on the table management system (Chope) from different channels (email, phone calls, sms, chats and walk in) - able to keep customer records, reports and update them diligently - willing to learn new things more than bringing her / his own expertise. - be organised, helpful and resourceful - able to communicate well in English (spoken and written) - knowledge of Mandarin language is not compulsory but considered a plus - team player

Qualifications and Requirements

- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
