Responsibilities and Duties

- Supervise, train, and motivate team members to deliver excellent service. - Ensure all team members apply suggestive selling techniques. - Drive profitability through effective revenue generation and cost control. - Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction and deliver an 'Awesome Experience'.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Diploma in Food & Beverage or Hospitality Management preferred. - Minimum 1 year of managerial experience, ideally in a 5-star hotel environment. - Possession of a Wine & Spirit Certificate is an added advantage. - Knowledge of drink recipes and beverage service standards. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a cheerful personality.
