Operation Executive

Description

Support catering operations including hygiene checks, meal packing, documentation, and coordination with suppliers. EA License Number: 22C1267 EA Personnel: R22110252

Responsibilities and Duties

- Assist in checking staff personal hygiene, chillers, and freezers - File weekly hygiene checklists and photos - Assist with packet meal packing - Print daily preparation lists for cooking - Maintain a comprehensive filing system - Compile and submit petty cash vouchers, supplier invoices, and staff MC/leave forms to main office - Assist in receiving and checking incoming goods and deliveries

Qualifications and Requirements

- Minimum 'O' Level qualification - Able to communicate effectively with suppliers and vendors - Proficient in Microsoft Office - Fast learner, disciplined, and able to follow instructions - Meticulous and detail-oriented - Able to work weekends and public holidays - Willing to work long hours, especially during festive seasons
