Responsibilities and Duties

- Support the Restaurant Manager in operational management and service standards - Supervise and manage the restaurant team, including attendance, performance, and conduct - Maintain cleanliness and enforce hygiene and sanitation standards - Assist with training, development, and motivation of staff - Help implement strategies to improve revenue and service efficiency - Manage stock levels and ordering of necessary supplies - Hold employees accountable and provide coaching or disciplinary actions as needed - Assist with other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor

Qualifications and Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B management or supervisory role - Strong leadership and organizational skills - Commitment to customer service and guest satisfaction - Ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations calmly
