Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Executive to manage administrative tasks related to representatives, including transfer processes and code management. The role involves supporting company events, conducting due diligence assessments, and ensuring compliance through periodic evaluations. The ideal candidate will handle general clerical duties, undertake ad-hoc projects, and thrive in a dynamic environment. Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Oversee administrative tasks related to representatives, including managing transfers and maintaining representative codes. * Assist in planning, organizing, and supporting company events and activities. * Conduct thorough fit and proper due diligence checks for candidates. * Carry out regular assessments of current representatives to ensure compliance with company standards. * Handle various general administrative and clerical duties as required. * Participate in ad-hoc projects and activities as assigned by management. * Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders. * Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word for managing data and creating reports. * Resourceful and a strong team player with excellent collaboration skills. * Detail-oriented and meticulous, with the ability to handle multiple tasks accurately. * Capable of working under pressure and adapting to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or a related field. * At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role; experience in managing representative-related tasks is an advantage. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; familiarity with other office software is a plus. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. * Detail-oriented, resourceful, and highly organized, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. * Capable of working independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. * Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. * Flexible and adaptable, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and project management.
