Responsibilities and Duties

- Prepare and cook Western dishes including appetizers, mains, desserts, and sauces according to standard recipes and menu specifications - Ensure all food meets high standards of taste, quality, and presentation - Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, complying with food safety regulations - Monitor ingredient stock levels and report shortages to the kitchen supervisor - Assist with menu planning, recipe development, and portion control - Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations - Maintain kitchen equipment and tools in proper working condition - Follow cost control guidelines and minimize food wastage

Qualifications and Requirements

- Proven experience as a Western Cuisine Chef in hotels, restaurants, or catering services - Strong knowledge of Western cooking techniques, ingredients, and plating presentation - Certificate in Culinary Arts or relevant food preparation training preferred - Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen - Good communication skills and team collaboration ability
