New opening Japanese Yo-shoku restaurant Around 80 pax of capacity

Responsibilities and Duties

•Ensuring smooth kitchen operations of the restaurant •Guiding a team of Cooks in delivering great quality dishes to customers •Handling food preparation and ensuring company standard (following training manual) •Working close with all team members from both Front of the House and Back of the House to ensure smooth operations and exceed customers’ expectation •Guiding and monitoring work performance of all staffs •Conducting opening and closing inventory of beverage and managing stock ordering •Maintaining of the hygiene and tidiness of kitchen area and storage area •Ensuring compliance to food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards according to statutory guidelines •Ensuring company’s policies and standard operating procedures are strictly adhered to

Qualifications and Requirements

•Graduated at least Secondary school •At least 5 years of working experience in a similar capacity(serve for 80-100pax restaurant) kitchen in which 3 years in managerial level •Good communications and interpersonal skills •Self-motivated, detail-oriented, passionate, quality-focused and a multitasker •Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Working Condition

Working hours

7:30-23:30(as Rotating Shift), 5days per week (able to work on weekends and public holidays).
