- Welcome and engage customers upon entry. - Assess customer needs and provide suitable product or service recommendations. - Handle cash registers and process payments accurately. - Set and achieve store sales goals. - Provide information about ongoing sales and promotions. - Apply upselling techniques to maximize store revenue. - Recommend products that best meet customer requirements. - Maintain cleanliness and restock the store throughout operating hours. - Recruit, hire, and train new managers within the department. - Advise store managers on overcoming operational challenges. - Monitor sales performance and work towards quarterly objectives. - Review schedules and inventory usage to minimize cost and labor.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail or store management. - Strong customer service, communication, and sales skills. - Proven ability to manage staff and meet sales targets.
