Description
We are seeking a Human Resource Manager to lead all HR functions and processes. This role will involve overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will be proactive in crafting HR strategies that support the company's business objectives, fostering a productive and positive work environment.
Responsibilities and Duties
Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives. Manage recruitment and selection, including onboarding of new hires. Oversee employee relations, performance management, and training programs. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Handle payroll, benefits administration, and employee compensation. Develop and track HR metrics to monitor organizational health. Foster a positive work culture that enhances employee engagement and productivity.
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices. Experience in recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and compliance. Proficient in HRIS systems, payroll, and benefits administration. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Proven track record in developing HR strategies that align with business goals. Knowledge of HR metrics and data-driven decision-making. Ability to foster a positive and productive workplace culture. Familiarity with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
