Restaurant Assistant Manager

We're looking for a dynamic and personable individual to join our team as a service leader. You'll be the face of our dining experience, ensuring our guests feel welcomed and enjoy a seamless meal. This role involves leading a team, managing service flow, and contributing to the overall success of our restaurant.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Maintain strict adherence to all hygiene and safety protocols. * Manage reservations and gather details about guest visits. * Present menus, highlighting promotions, daily specials, and featured items. * Accurately take food and beverage orders, confirming them with guests and providing estimated service times. * Supervise and guide a team of servers during your shift. * Efficiently input orders into the point-of-sale system. * Process payments and present bills promptly. * Assist the restaurant manager in planning and executing special events. * Regularly monitor food and beverage inventory and stock levels. * Complete all opening, operational, and closing procedures. * Resolve payment-related issues at the cashier. * Escalate guest complaints to the duty manager when service recovery is beyond your scope. * Follow all company standard operating procedures. * Perform any other relevant tasks as assigned.
