Restaurant Service Crew / Supervisor

Description

This role involves providing direct customer service in a restaurant setting, focusing on food and beverage preparation, order taking, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. The individual will contribute to the smooth operation of the restaurant while delivering a positive dining experience.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Greet customers warmly, prepare and serve food and beverages, and deliver excellent customer service. * Accurately take customer orders and enter them into the point-of-sale (POS) system. * Maintain a thorough understanding of food and beverage menus and effectively promote current offerings. * Engage with customers throughout their dining experience, ensuring their satisfaction. * Maintain a clean and organized service area, including utensils and equipment. * Perform and support daily restaurant operations, contributing to the overall efficiency of the establishment. * Actively participate in skill development opportunities and be open to taking on additional tasks that support restaurant operations.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Possession of a valid Food Safety and Hygiene certification. * A strong service-oriented mindset, with a focus on providing exceptional experiences in a full-service restaurant environment. * Ability to work effectively as part of a team. * Understanding of basic restaurant operations. * Availability for full-time or part-time employment.
