Responsibilities and Duties

* Welcome and assist walk-in customers with a friendly demeanor. * Manage customer flow and ensure efficient seating. * Accurately take customer orders using the POS system, serve food and beverages, and clear tables. * Deliver outstanding food and beverage service, creating a positive dining atmosphere. * Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally. * Uphold a high standard of customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction. * Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment. * Assist with inventory checks and restocking as needed. * Support chefs and cooks in preparing ingredients for meal preparation.

Qualifications and Requirements

* No prior experience is necessary; comprehensive training will be provided. * Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus. * Ability to work comfortably in a rotating shift schedule. * Willingness to work 6 days a week, from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm. * Ability to work in Chinatown Point. * Staff meals are provided. * A positive attitude and strong work ethic. * Ability to work well within a team.
