Description

The Hotel Front Desk Agent will assist in guest-facing services including reception, check-in/check-out, and guest support. The role may also include assisting with Food & Beverage services where required. EA License Number: 22C1267 EA Personnel: R22110252

Responsibilities and Duties

* Handle guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently. * Provide excellent guest service by attending to enquiries and requests. * Escort guests to allocated rooms and introduce amenities. * Assist guests with luggage (check-in, check-out, lobby assistance). * Resolve guest issues and enquiries promptly with professionalism. * Maintain good communication and interpersonal skills to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Certificate/Diploma in Hotel Operations Management or Hospitality/Tourism. * 1–2 years of relevant experience in hospitality, tourism, or retail industries. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Service-oriented with ability to handle guest needs effectively.
