The Retail Store Manager will lead the store team to deliver excellent customer service, achieve sales targets, and maintain operational standards. Responsibilities and Duties

- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and maintain high service standards. - Conduct daily briefings and ensure staff are aligned on goals and store performance. - Oversee daily operations, housekeeping, and store presentation standards. - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally. - Provide training and coaching to improve staff performance and selling skills. - Review store transactions daily to prevent irregular or suspicious activities. - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards. - Assist Assistant Store Manager with staff scheduling and roster planning. - Set daily priorities for team members and develop short-term plans to meet objectives. - Coordinate with the Visual Merchandising team and manage physical store maintenance. - Lead stock take and cycle count processes to achieve zero discrepancy and minimize stock loss. - Submit monthly inventory reports and support ad-hoc operational duties.

Qualifications and Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in retail operations or store management. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). - Solid understanding of inventory management and merchandising practices. - Experience in the retail or fashion industry preferred.
