MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Description

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Assistant to support customer acquisition, product sales, and relationship-building with both new and existing clients. Key responsibilities include identifying sales leads, pitching products/services, planning marketing initiatives, and providing market insights to management. The role involves administrative support for sales and marketing, managing contracts and payments, coordinating with internal teams for order execution, and assisting with marketing materials and trade shows. Additional tasks include supporting trade processing and customer service.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Support customer acquisition and drive additional sales by identifying new leads, pitching products and services, and maintaining strong relationships with current clients. * Plan and manage the implementation of new marketing initiatives. * Report market insights and feedback to management following market visits, staying informed on industry trends. * Provide administrative support for Sales & Marketing, closely monitoring outstanding contracts, following up on payments, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure contract and order fulfillment. * Assist senior team members with trade processing and customer service. * Contribute to the preparation of marketing materials and coordination of trade shows. * Undertake other ad-hoc tasks related to business development and operations as needed

Qualifications and Requirements

* Tertiary qualification * Minimum of 2 years' experience in Sales & Marketing * Willingness to travel for business purposes * Excellent communication skills and proficiency with IT tools * Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities * Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines * Strong attention to detail, with effective organization and prioritization skills
