The Chef De Partie is responsible for preparing and cooking authentic Italian dishes, maintaining high culinary and hygiene standards, and supporting smooth kitchen operations in a central Italian restaurant. EA License Number: 22C1267 EA Personnel: R22110252

Responsibilities and Duties

- Prepare and cook Italian dishes such as pasta, risotto, antipasti, and pizza according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines. - Supervise mise en place and ensure readiness of assigned section during service. - Guide and support junior kitchen staff to maintain efficiency and consistency. - Uphold hygiene and food safety standards in compliance with NEA and SFA regulations. - Monitor stock levels, assist in receiving supplies, and report low inventory to the Head or Sous Chef. - Coordinate with other kitchen sections for smooth service flow during peak hours.

Qualifications and Requirements

- education: Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts (preferably in Italian cuisine) - experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in an Italian kitchen - Strong knowledge of Italian ingredients and cooking techniques - Attention to detail in presentation and quality - Team player with calm composure under pressure - Good communication and coordination skills
