Responsibilities and Duties

- Report directly to the Group Entity Manager - Lead, motivate, and oversee daily outlet operations - Ensure staff grooming, punctuality, and hygiene meet company standards - Maintain outlet cleanliness and assist in stock packing when necessary - Manage staff scheduling, payroll, and inventory control - Ensure service and beverage standards align with SOPs - Supervise POS, ordering, and front-of-house operations - Address and resolve customer complaints professionally - Identify and report operational inconsistencies, hazards, or equipment breakdowns - Oversee hiring, interviewing, and appraisal processes for staff - Promote a positive workplace culture with efficient and friendly service

Qualifications and Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of relevant F&B management experience - Strong leadership, multitasking, and communication skills - Positive, customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving ability - Able to work under pressure during peak hours - Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and public holidays - Passionate about service excellence and team development
