Associate Revenue Analyst

Description

The Associate Revenue Analyst analyses and supports the hotel’s performance across multiple revenue streams including Rooms, F&B, Spa, and Boutique, recommends strategies based on data trends and market changes, and assists in optimizing rates, inventory, and revenue initiatives. Responsibilities and Duties

* Review daily rate strategies and inventory to optimize room revenue * Manage distribution of rates and inventory for accuracy and market parity * Communicate with Reservations and Front Office on inventory, rates, and sell strategies * Extract sales figures from various revenue streams to support analysis and initiatives * Process and manage Group reservations accurately * Optimize F&B reservations for maximum revenue and covers * Collaborate with different revenue streams to support budget and forecast targets * Monitor market trends, competitors, and performance metrics to inform tactical decisions * Develop rates, promotions, packages, and other selling strategies * Ensure compliance with Best Price Guarantee and manage third-party distributors * Identify business opportunities and contribute to marketing initiatives to drive incremental revenue * Support CSR and sustainability initiatives of the hotel * Participate in developing performance metrics, processes, tools, and best practices across revenue streams * Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements

* Knowledge of Opera, Central Reservation System, and Global Distribution System (asset) * Strong Microsoft Excel skills * Previous Front Office Management experience (asset) * Food and Beverage and Spa knowledge (asset) * Excellent communication and organizational skills * Service-oriented with attention to detail * Multicultural awareness and ability to work with diverse teams * Self-motivated, energetic, and flexible * Initiative, creativity, and strong organizational skills * Ability to manage multiple projects under time constraints * Strategic thinking with a practical approach * Sense of urgency
