Description
We are hiring Chefs de Partie, Demi Chefs, and Commis Cooks to join our established Italian restaurant group. You will be responsible for preparing authentic Italian dishes, ensuring smooth kitchen operations, and upholding food hygiene and quality standards. Responsibilities and Duties
* Prepare and produce food according to recipes and quality standards * Handle mise en place, cutting, cooking, and plating of dishes * Maintain smooth and efficient running of the kitchen * Control costs by minimizing wastage and practicing portion control * Operate, clean, and maintain kitchen equipment and utensils * Support stock requisition, receiving, and storage processes * Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations * Contribute ideas for improvement and attend training sessions * Maintain kitchen cleanliness and participate in cleaning schedules * Foster teamwork and a positive working environment
Qualifications and Requirements
* Relevant F\&B experience preferred; training provided for junior roles * Knowledge of Italian or Western cuisine is an advantage * Valid Food Hygiene Certificate (training will be arranged if needed) * Ability to work split shifts, weekends, and public holidays * Strong teamwork, responsibility, and positive attitude
