Responsibilities and Duties

**Responsibilities** * Assist with maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall upkeep of the kitchen area. * Stock shelves with essential kitchen items and condiments. * Prepare bakery supplies and efficiently deliver baked goods to customers, ensuring a clean and presentable environment. * Maintain the tidiness of the sales floor, service counter, and bakery area. * Prepare the bakery for both morning and late-night operations. * Proactively notify the manager when ingredients or equipment require replacement. * Inform the manager when baked goods need to be reordered. * Stock the bakery cooler and efficiently pack goods for customer orders. * Clean, stock, and maintain the bakery area to ensure optimal organization and hygiene.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Proven ability to manage shifts effectively and efficiently. * Good verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and customers. * Motivated to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the team's success. * Ability to work either a morning shift (6 am – 4 pm) or a night shift (9 pm – 7 am).
