Description

As a Club Lounge Ambassador, your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding service to members and visitors of the exclusive lounge. You will maintain the lounge's amenities, address guest requests, and ensure service excellence, catering to the needs of business travelers, VIP guests, and loyal members.

Responsibilities and Duties

Set up buffet for breakfast and evening cocktails, providing host/hostess service to club guests. Greet guests warmly, using their names when possible. Handle inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly to ensure satisfaction. Coordinate with hotel departments for smooth guest service operations. Manage check-ins/check-outs and ensure accuracy in reservation details. Provide personalized service by addressing guest needs and preferences. Oversee daily lounge operations, ensuring cleanliness and proper stocking. Assist with food and beverage displays and conduct daily inventory checks. Maintain cashier float and ensure accurate daily financial reports. Follow security protocols and ensure guest access safety. Uphold hotel’s standards of behavior, appearance, and attitude.

Qualifications and Requirements

Proficient in spoken English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus but not required. Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Flexible and adaptable to meet changing guest needs and operational demands. Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Able to multitask effectively, prioritize tasks, and ensure smooth lounge operations. Willing to work rotating morning and afternoon shifts, including weekends and public holidays (5-day workweek, 9.5 hours per shift with a meal break). Minimum qualification of GCE O Levels. At least 1 year of relevant work experience. Well-versed in Singapore's attractions and able to recommend locations to business travelers and tourists for a memorable hotel experience.
