Description

The Admin Assistant Manager will be responsible for tactical sourcing and procurement of both food and non-food items. Key duties include evaluating and managing supplier relationships, driving alignment across all units, and ensuring compliance with procurement best practices. This role also involves identifying opportunities for long-term partnerships, implementing strategic sourcing initiatives, and supporting cost control measures to optimize expenses. The Admin Assistant Manager will play a crucial role in streamlining procurement processes and maintaining efficient supply chain operations.

Responsibilities and Duties

Conduct tactical sourcing for food and non-food items. Continuously assess and implement strategic sourcing while managing supplier relationships. Ensure alignment across all units, update procurement processes, and adhere to best procurement practices. Identify opportunities to establish long-term relationships and partnerships with suppliers. Implement cost control measures to optimize procurement expenses.

Qualifications and Requirements

Minimum of ‘O’ Level or equivalent with at least 4 years of experience in purchasing within the hospitality industry. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Excellent analytical and coordination abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Positive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of Altminds/orderEZ system is preferred.
