Singapore’s luxury boutique hotel group is seeking for Revenue Manager plays a key role in optimising room inventory and pricing strategy across the cluster of hotels. This position ensures accurate data management, reporting, and the implementation of effective revenue management strategies to maximise financial performance. Responsibilities and Duties
* Manage rooms inventory to maximise revenue while ensuring accuracy in reservation systems. * Prepare competitive analyses and other reports for market sales strategy meetings. * Manage room authorisations, rates, and restrictions, and communicate strategies to properties. * Perform month-end revenue reporting, audits, and provide forward-looking forecasts. * Generate, process, and update Revenue Management reports, serving as the main source for data and analytics. * Maintain revenue management systems (rate hurdles, demand forecasts, group forecasting, daily system checks). * Support training of new associates on revenue management tools. * Assist in the implementation of hotel sales strategies in reservations and inventory systems.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of experience in revenue management, reservations, or hospitality analytics. * Strong analytical skills and proficiency with reservation/revenue management systems. * Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and reporting skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. * Strong communication skills to liaise effectively across hotel departments.
