Responsibilities and Duties

* Team Management: Hire, train, and supervise all staff, including bartenders and waiters, to ensure excellent performance and service standards. * Operational Oversight: Manage all aspects of daily operations, from inventory and supplies to enforcing safety and sanitation regulations. * Revenue Generation: Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, including recruiting talent and running promotional events. * Performance Improvement: Implement strategies to improve work performance and efficiency across all team members. * Guest Experience: Ensure a high standard of service and a memorable experience for all guests in a loud and fast-paced environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably within the F&B or entertainment sector. * A proactive and collaborative Team Player with a positive Learning Attitude. * Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a strong ability to manage and motivate staff. * Experience working in evenings, weekends, and public holidays is essential. * Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and operational laws is required.
