Responsibilities and Duties

- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and professional first impression. - Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently. - Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar teams. - Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner. - Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of the dining area. - Provide basic service support, including pouring water, replenishing cutlery, and attending to guest needs. - Maintain strong guest relations, responding politely and promptly to enquiries and requests. - Assist with general FOH duties to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications and Requirements

- At least 2 years of experience as a hostess or in guest-facing roles in fine dining - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Professional appearance and a warm, welcoming personality. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Passionate about hospitality and customer services.

Working Condition

Working hours

5 days work week. Wednesday to Sunday. Off every Monday and Tuesday.

- AWS 13th month bonus will be given - Bonus will be given on CNY period, amount will be dependent on performance - Staff meal will be provided. 1 if working 1 shift, 2 meals if working full day 30 mins per meal time - 11 days annual leave for first year - 14 days annual leave 2nd yr onwards - 14 days MC every year - Hospitalization, maternity leave etc all as per MOM laws apply - Taxi fare claimable if leave after 1130pm if OT needed
