Store Manager

Responsibilities and Duties

- Act as key holder for store opening and closing; perform duty manager/supervisor roles. - Oversee housekeeping of sales area and storeroom, ensuring clean and organized displays. - Prepare and manage stock take processes and ensure inventory is adequately stocked. - Supervise employee performance and provide coaching on the sales floor. - Conduct on-the-job training for new employees. - Handle customer queries, complaints, and service recovery effectively.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in the retail industry. - Meticulous, with strong mathematical and numerical skills. - Computer literate and proficient in English (spoken & written); Mandarin is an advantage. - Able to manage difficult customers and resolve issues professionally.

Working hours

Willing to work weekends, retail hours, and rotating shifts (9:30 AM – 7:30 PM / 12:30 PM – 10:30 PM).
