Responsibilities and Duties

- Lead all aspects of beverage program, ensuring excellence in service, presentation, and quality - Design and implement innovative beverage offerings (wine, spirits, tea, coffee, non-alcoholic pairings) - Recruit, train, and develop beverage team, fostering staff retention and growth - Oversee P&L, inventory, pricing, margins, and cost management - Collaborate with Executive Chef and service leadership for seamless pairings - Handle VIP guests and guest feedback with diplomacy and professionalism - Ensure compliance with liquor licensing, health, and safety regulations - Represent Restaurant Zén at tastings, industry events, and media

Qualifications and Requirements

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in beverage leadership within Michelin-starred or luxury fine dining establishments - Strong background in wine, spirits, cocktails, and non-alcoholic pairings - Proven leadership, mentoring, and team-building abilities - Solid expertise in beverage operations, P&L, inventory, and cost management - Excellent communication skills, fluent in English - Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution under pressure
