Responsibilities and Duties

- Support daily restaurant operations alongside the Restaurant Manager - Assist in managing kitchen and service staff, including recruitment and training - Plan and monitor inventory and supplies - Collaborate on sales growth and guest experience strategies - Act as a role model and handle customer requests professionally - Help improve restaurant processes and operational efficiency

Qualifications and Requirements

- Minimum 3 years experience in F&B, hospitality, or retail operations management - Experience in both front- and back-of-house operations preferred - Strong communication and leadership skills - Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays - Singaporean or PR citizens only
