Guest Experience Executive

Description

Guest Experience Executives serve as the primary point of contact for our guests. They are dependable, highly motivated, and versatile team members, efficiently handling reservations, answering calls and inquiries, providing reception services, and delivering food & beverage services throughout the hotel. They collaborate closely with all hotel staff and outsourced personnel, ensuring they meet the needs of guests and provide exceptional service throughout their stay.

Responsibilities and Duties

Check guests in by greeting them efficiently, registering their details, and confirming payment information, while issuing room keys. Check guests out by verifying and printing payment details and bills. Address guest inquiries in a straightforward manner, ensuring compliance with brand standards. Handle guest complaints according to brand guidelines or direct them to the Guest Service Leaders (GSL) for further assistance. Accurately process cashiering, payments, and foreign currency exchanges. Responsibly manage special requests and needs from guests, especially repeat visitors. Retrieve and print the Arrival/Departure Report, Backup Report, and Trace Report from the PMS for room allocations. Accurately enter and update reservations. Handle telephone inquiries efficiently and effectively. Work independently, meeting business requirements. Continuously update local knowledge to enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications and Requirements

Minimum of 2 years' experience in Front Office operations or an equivalent combination of education and experience A positive and keen to learn attitude Great communication skills and basic computer literacy
