Financial Controller (Business Controlling) East

This key leadership role plays a vital role in driving the company's financial health and success. The Financial Controller will partner with various departments to ensure financial stability, optimize resource allocation, and support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with overall business goals. * Identify areas for operational improvement and recommend strategies to enhance profitability, cost management, and overall efficiency. * Lead initiatives to drive sustainable growth through cost management and productivity improvements. * Provide insightful financial data and analysis to support informed decision-making and manage financial risks effectively. * Oversee the implementation and effectiveness of internal controls, and coordinate with external auditors during audits. * Manage treasury functions, including bank balance monitoring, risk mitigation strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with banking partners. * Continuously strengthen the organization's financial management capabilities and processes. * Provide financial expertise and support for ad-hoc projects as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. * Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management or business controlling. * Strong understanding of financial modeling and performance analysis techniques. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex financial issues. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various departments. * Leadership skills to guide and motivate the finance team. * Proficient in financial modeling and analysis tools (e.g., spreadsheets, financial modeling software). * Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy. * Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a results-oriented approach.
