Outlet Manager

Responsibilities and Duties

Operations (Primary Focus): - Plan and manage staff rosters to optimise manpower while meeting operational demands. - Maintain team discipline and uphold performance standards with clear and consistent leadership. - Collaborate with HR, Marketing, Finance, and other departments to align operational goals. - Monitor KPIs, conduct audits, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. - Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and manpower regulations. - Support recruitment, training, and development of frontline staff. - Analyse operational data using Microsoft Excel and other Office tools. - Promote the adoption of digital tools such as POS and HRIS systems (Infotech experience is a plus). - Work extended hours, including weekends and public holidays, as needed. Tenant Acquisition (Secondary Scope): - Identify and engage potential F&B tenants for commercial spaces. - Coordinate with internal teams on lease agreements and spatial planning. - Curate a tenant mix aligned with the brand’s identity and commercial goals.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Diploma or Degree in Business, Hospitality, or related fields. - Minimum 5 years’ managerial experience in F&B operations, overseeing multiple outlets. - Skilled in manpower planning, cost control, and staff scheduling. - Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications; digitally savvy. - Experience with HRIS (Infotech preferred). - Bilingual in English and Chinese. - Willing to work extended hours, weekends, and public holidays. - Self-motivated, independent, and a collaborative team player. - Well-connected in the F&B industry, capable of recruiting and sourcing tenants.
