Description

Lead daily operations, manage staff, ensure compliance, deliver excellent customer service, and support marketing and promotions at a modern casual Korean restaurant. EA License Number: 22C1267 EA Personnel: R22110252

Responsibilities and Duties

- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures. - Manage staff scheduling, attendance, training, and performance evaluation. - Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety standards. - Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer feedback effectively. - Monitor daily sales, POS records, and prepare operational reports. - Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control. - Support marketing campaigns, menu launches, and in-store promotions. - Collaborate with headquarters and other departments (HR, Finance, Marketing).

Qualifications and Requirements

- Prior experience in F&B management or supervisory roles (minimum 2 years preferred). - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle operational challenges. - Knowledge of Korean cuisine or prior Korean restaurant experience will be an advantage. - Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays as per roster.
