Food Outlet Manager

Description

Responsible for managing 1–2 outlets, overseeing daily operations, driving business performance, and leading the team to deliver excellent service and quality standards. Responsibilities and Duties

- Manage and oversee daily outlet operations and ensure smooth workflow. - Achieve sales targets and contribute to business performance. - Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality service standards (QSC). - Lead, motivate, and develop staff morale and performance. - Handle training and development needs for outlet employees. - Oversee administrative duties, inventory control, and reporting. - Support superior in business planning and operational improvements.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in F&B or General Management. - Strong leadership and organizational skills. - Ability to manage multiple outlets and teams effectively. - Good communication and interpersonal abilities. - Candidates with no supervisory experience but high interest in F&B may be considered for a Management Trainee position with full training provided.
