Responsibilities and Duties

- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales volume and achieve targets. - Lead and supervise the retail team to ensure desired outcomes and address employee concerns. - Handle and resolve customer inquiries on product, pricing, availability, and delivery. - Assist in store promotional events and campaigns with the corporate team. - Plan staff rosters. - Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Diploma in any discipline. - At least 3–5 years of relevant working experience in fashion retail industry, preferably with supervisory experience. - Good communication and presentation skills.
