Finance Executive

Description

This role will provide valuable support to the Finance Manager in managing the company's financial operations. The Finance & Accounts Assistant will be involved in a variety of tasks, from assisting with month-end closing to supporting financial planning and analysis.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Assist the Finance Manager in preparing monthly management reports for analysis and decision-making. * Handle full set of accounts, ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions. * Monitor accounts receivable to ensure timely collection of payments from customers. * Assist in the preparation of the annual budget forecast and support capital planning initiatives. * Identify and support the implementation of process improvements to enhance financial efficiency. *Assist in various ad-hoc financial projects and corporate finance assignments as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. * At least 1 year of relevant experience in an accounting or finance role. * Good interpersonal and communication skills:** Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with colleagues and other stakeholders. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills:** Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and resolve accounting issues. *Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other relevant software. * Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all financial tasks. * Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently.
