Manager / Senior Executive (Investor Relations, Corporate Communications and Sustainability)

Description

Venture, a leading global provider of technology solutions, is searching for a highly motivated and results-oriented Manager / Senior Executive to join their Investor Relations, Corporate Communications, and Sustainability team in Singapore. This role plays a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies across all three areas, with a particular focus on sustainability initiatives.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Develop and spearhead Venture's Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategy, including setting and driving progress towards ESG targets. * Oversee the implementation of a multi-year roadmap to meet Singapore Exchange (SGX) disclosure requirements, ensuring adherence to IFRS standards and proper disclosure of Scope 3 greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. * Collaborate across Venture's various sites to achieve reduction goals for Scope 1 and Scope 2 GHG emissions. * Manage the bi-annual collection and analysis of ESG data, providing regular updates to the Board and Management. * Oversee the production of Venture's sustainability report. * Manage interactions with ESG analysts and address ESG-related inquiries from business units. * Develop and execute a comprehensive corporate communications program to enhance Venture's brand image and visibility among external stakeholders. * Create corporate collateral and materials for internal and external audiences. * Plan, manage, and oversee corporate events and projects, including corporate functions, community events, and press conferences. * Monitor and track media coverage and analyst reports/commentaries on competitors, customers, and industry trends. * **Investor Relations:** * Collaborate with the team to establish, cultivate, and maintain strong relationships with the investment community, including analysts, proxy advisors, and investors. * Serve as a primary point of contact for investors, managing and overseeing investor events and activities such as earnings briefings, investor meetings, and other corporate events.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Data Analytics, Accounting, Finance, Communications, or a related field. * At least 4-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role. * Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Proven ability to work independently and effectively within cross-functional teams. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player mentality. * Passion for sustainability, innovation, and the technology sector.
