Description
As a Senior / Guest Service Assistant, you will support the Assistant Manager in delivering exceptional guest service. Responsibilities include handling guest inquiries, complaints, and requests, coordinating with Concierge, Reception, and Front Office on guest arrivals and departures, and maintaining relationships with house and long-staying guests. You will also manage promotional material stock, assist with baggage and transport services, and ensure efficient handling of general guest inquiries.
Responsibilities and Duties
Collaborate with the Assistant Manager to provide courteous and efficient guest services. Address guest complaints, requests, and inquiries tactfully and promptly. Coordinate with Concierge, Reception, and Front Office cashiers on guest arrivals and departures. Build relationships with house and long-term guests, offering assistance when needed. Make courtesy calls to guests to ensure satisfaction. Manage and maintain stock of promotional materials for daily operations. Ensure efficient handling of baggage, transportation, and general inquiries with professionalism.
Qualifications and Requirements
O-Level or equivalent qualification Willing to work rotating shifts Positive attitude, outgoing personality, and strong communication skills Experience in hospitality and familiarity with Opera system is a plus
