- Set daily, weekly, and monthly objectives and communicate them to employees - Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing staff schedules - Oversee and coach employees to maintain service quality - Identify inefficiencies and suggest process improvements - Enforce strict safety guidelines and company operational standards

Qualifications and Requirements

- Proven experience as a Manager or in a similar role (minimum 2 years) - Strong organizational and leadership abilities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Self-motivated with a results-driven approach - Strong problem-solving skills - Able to work long hours with prolonged periods of standing - Flexible to work weekends and public holidays
