Assistant Restaurant Manager

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and lead a high-performing team to uphold our brand’s standards of excellence

Responsibilities and Duties

*Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction. *Supervise, train, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding hospitality and uphold service excellence. *Oversee reservations, guest seating arrangements, and service workflow to optimize efficiency. *Monitor inventory levels, food and beverage quality, and compliance with hygiene and safety regulations. *Respond to guest feedback, resolving issues promptly and professionally. *Support promotional activities and marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility and drive sales. *Ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures, and standard operating guidelines.

Qualifications and Requirements

*Minimum of 5 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role. *Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field. *Strong leadership and coaching skills, with a proven ability to inspire and manage a team. *Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with guests and staff. *Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities. *Solid understanding of restaurant operations and food safety standards. *Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
