Guest Services Associate

Description

The Guest Services Associate plays a key role in the Guest Services Team, ensuring guests receive excellent care from the moment they arrive. This position is responsible for welcoming guests, delivering an exceptional experience during check-in, throughout their stay, and at departure. The role focuses on achieving the highest level of guest satisfaction by addressing a variety of requests, assessing guest needs, offering personalized recommendations, and upholding Four Seasons service standards.

Responsibilities and Duties

Greet guests upon arrival and departure in line with Four Seasons’ standards and procedures. Manage guest luggage during arrivals and departures. Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, fulfilling special requests when possible. Assist guests with inquiries about hotel services, operating hours, key personnel, in-house events, directions, and local attractions. Respond to guest requests promptly and accurately, both in person and over the phone. Address guest complaints and identify opportunities to personalize and enhance the guest experience. Report to the Duty Manager for follow-up when necessary.

Qualifications and Requirements

Open to entry-level candidates One (1) year of relevant experience with a top luxury group is considered an asset Good organisational skills, ability to prioritize workload and handle pressure Pleasant disposition with strong interpersonal and communication skills Curiosity and interest in the luxury market; Guest-centricity and understanding the importance of guest preferences Kindly note that due to work visa restrictions, position is open to Singaporeans only
