Kitchen Crew (Internship)

Responsibilities and Duties

* Acquire a solid understanding of food safety and hygiene protocols. * Become proficient in using our mobile ordering system, from customer input to kitchen display. * Prepare seasonal and promotional culinary offerings following established recipes. * Familiarize yourself with the restaurant's inventory management processes. * Ensure that all stock and ingredients are utilized according to the FIFO (First In, First Out) method. * Inspect finished dishes for adherence to quality standards and learn to plate them according to the chef's specifications. * Provide support to other kitchen stations as needed to maintain seamless service. * Maintain cleanliness of dishes and kitchen equipment. * Receive and verify stock deliveries, confirming correct quantity and quality.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Availability to work weekends and public holidays. * A proactive and diligent work ethic, coupled with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and contribute.
