We are seeking a skilled and passionate Sushi Chef to join our culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of sushi items according to established recipes, ensuring the highest standards of freshness, quality, and presentation. You'll play a key part in maintaining a smooth and efficient kitchen operation, while adhering strictly to food hygiene and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Prepare sushi items accurately, following provided recipes. * Verify the freshness and quality of ingredients, ensuring they are stored correctly. * Assist with the attractive display of sushi and ensure it is consistently well-stocked. * Adhere strictly to all food hygiene and safety regulations. * Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including all equipment and utensils. * Replenish ingredients and supplies as needed. * Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless kitchen operations.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum primary school leaving examination (or equivalent). * At least 2 years of proven experience in sushi preparation.
