Responsibilities and Duties

* Assist the Head Chef in all aspect of the kitchen * Prepare and cook dishes following restaurant standards * Assist in ingredient preparation, plating, and presentation of dishes * Support daily kitchen operations and collaborate with team members * Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards * Contribute to smooth service and overall guest satisfaction

Qualifications and Requirements

Qualifications and Requirements * Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a kitchen role * Knowledge of Japanese/Italian cuisine preferred * Strong teamwork and communication skills * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen * Responsible, reliable, and eager to learn * Prior experience in fine dining or Michelin-rated restaurants preferred * Passionate about seasonal ingredients, presentation, and culinary innovation * Able to work under pressure and lead a team with professionalism and calmness

10am - 3pm, 5pm-10:30pm, Thursday & Sundays : Not working.
