Human Resource Manager

Description

A prominent international energy company involved in the production and distribution of petroleum and chemical products is seeking a Human Resource Manager. Reporting to the HR Director, this role will oversee the full range of HR functions, including compensation and benefits, recruitment, and employee relations. The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies while ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Manage the complete spectrum of HR functions, including compensation and benefits administration, recruitment and talent acquisition, and employee relations. - Develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational objectives. - Ensure that all HR policies and practices comply with local labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from a recognized university. - Additional HR certifications are advantageous. - At least eight years of professional experience in HR functions within the petrochemical, oil and gas, or commodity trading industries is preferred. - Experience working within a Chinese state-owned enterprise (SOE) is highly desirable. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders. - Fluency in Mandarin is required for effective communication with Chinese-speaking colleagues and stakeholders.
