Responsibilities and Duties
- Culinary Production: - Prepare and present dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards. - Assist with both frontline and backend food operations. - Adhere to portion control requirements. - Kitchen Operations and Maintenance: - Maintain high levels of hygiene standards in the kitchen. - Ensure the proper upkeep of all kitchen appliances and equipment. - Maintain good hygiene levels and monitor the expiry of food materials. - Teamwork and Collaboration: - Work effectively with the service and banqueting team. - Maintain an optimistic and lively working behavior and be able to undertake stress. - Assist with additional projects and duties as instructed by the Senior Sous Chef. - Quality and Compliance: - Adhere to food preparation and presentation requirements. - Be responsible and take pride of work responsibilities.
