Restaurant Supervisor

Description

This role involves ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of a premium dining establishment by maintaining high service and product standards, managing inventory, assisting with scheduling, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. The individual will contribute to a positive and professional atmosphere, addressing customer concerns and supporting the Restaurant Manager in various operational tasks.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Uphold and enforce the restaurant's service and product knowledge standards. * Monitor and accurately complete daily inventories of food and beverage supplies. * Assist the Restaurant Manager in creating and managing staff work schedules. * Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous service to all guests at all times. * Acquire and maintain comprehensive knowledge of the restaurant's menu, promotions, and special offers. * Handle guest complaints according to established procedures, ensuring customer satisfaction. * Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Educational Background: Possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, or a diploma in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, or a related field. * Professional Experience: Minimum of two years of relevant experience in the food and beverage industry. * Preferred Experience: Experience in a fine dining restaurant is considered an advantage. * Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
