RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR

Description

This role involves overseeing restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, leading and developing team members, and maintaining operational efficiency. The individual will contribute to a positive work environment and uphold the standards of the establishment.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Demonstrate adaptability within a team environment and exhibit effective leadership skills. * Provide assistance, encouragement, and support to team members in their daily tasks. * Prioritize coaching and developing new and existing team members, providing performance feedback to enhance their effectiveness. * Monitor staff performance to identify training needs and opportunities for growth. * Ensure prompt and efficient service, projecting a positive image of both self and the company. * Oversee restaurant operations, including inventory management, food and beverage service, cash transactions, and handling complimentary items or voided payments. * Assist the Operations Manager with team deployment, optimizing food and drink flow, ensuring proper service sequence, and promptly resolving service disruptions or customer complaints. * Ensure all opening and closing duties are completed accurately and on schedule. * Manage overall store operations effectively. * Address guest inquiries and provide appropriate recommendations. * Maintain a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. * Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
